Who we are

What we collect
When you request our free checklist (through a Facebook or Instagram form) or contact us through our website, we collect your name, email address and, if you give it, your business website or Instagram link and your message.
Why we use it
- To send you the checklist you asked for.
- To send you a small number of follow-up emails about salon websites and our services.
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, review your website.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries you send us. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is processed only by the services we use to run our business: Meta Platforms (the form you submit on Facebook or Instagram), Formspree (our website contact form), our email hosting provider and, if we use one, an email marketing service. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK and EEA under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and in any case no longer than 2 years after our last contact with you.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw consent. Just reply to any of our emails or write to hello@ivoryagency.co.uk. Every email we send also lets you opt out.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (naih.hu).
